header_2_line_height_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>On May 1, 2022, due to inflation, the minimum wage (SMIC) is going to be reevaluated from 1603,12 euros to 1645,58 euros (increase of 2,65%).<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s increase, about 5,9%, is a result of the strong rise in the consumer price reference index for the most economically disadvantaged households.<\/p>\n<h2>The new gross salary for a full-time employee<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gross hourly \u201cSMIC\u201d: increase from 10,57 to <strong>10,85<\/strong>\u20ac (+0,28\u20ac)<\/li>\n<li>Gross monthly \u201cSMIC\u201d: increase from 1603,12\u20ac to\u00a0<strong>1645,58<\/strong>\u20ac (+42,46\u20ac)<\/li>\n<li>Gross annual \u201cSMIC\u201d: increase from 19 237,44\u20ac to\u00a0<strong>19 746,96<\/strong>\u20ac (+509,52\u20ac)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: This increase impacts the minimum salaries required to obtain a talent passport.<\/p>\n<h2>New minimum amounts to obtain certain immigration statuses from May 2022 onwards<\/h2>\n<p>Talent passport :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified employee (2 times the annual SMIC: <strong>39.493,92<\/strong>\u20ac gross per year<\/li>\n<li>Employee on mission (1.8 times the annual SMIC): <strong>35.544,53<\/strong>\u20ac gross per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other status :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee (1.5 times the annual SMIC): <strong>29.620, 44<\/strong>\u20ac gross per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The minimum salary for the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itama-mobility.com\/en\/updates-talent-passport-european-blue-card\/\">European Blue Card<\/a>&#8221;
