In the latter case, a multiple-entry short-stay visa (circulation visa) may suffice.<\/p>\n<p>Investors and Business Angels associated with the\u00a0<strong>French Tech program<\/strong>\u00a0are also eligible for this resident permit. For more information, please see\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lafrenchtech.com\/en\/how-france-helps-startups\/french-tech-visa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the French Tech Visa website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Case n\u00b03: Foreign nationals planning to start a business in France<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The business plan may come in various forms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sole proprietorship<\/li>\n<li>Creation of a company under French law<\/li>\n<li>Creation of a company under French law, but subsidiary of a foreign company<\/li>\n<li>Creation of an establishment of a foreign legal entity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subject to a\u00a0<strong>minimum capital investment of 30,000 euros<\/strong>\u00a0in the business plan, foreign nationals are eligible for the \u201c<strong>Passeport Talent Mention Cr\u00e9ateur d\u2019entreprise\u201d (Talent Passport \u2013 Entrepreneurship).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Case n\u00b04: Foreign nationals wishing to undertake an innovative business plan recognized by a public body<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>\u201cPasseport Talent Mention Porteur d\u2019un Projet \u00c9conomique Innovant\u201d (Talent Passport \u2013 Innovative Business Plan)\u00a0<\/strong>is the relevant resident permit. This relates to French Tech Ticket laureates, as well as to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itama-mobility.com\/en\/startups-hiring-foreign-talents-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">startup<\/a> founders selected by the so-called French Tech \u201cincubators\u201d or \u201caccelerators\u201d.
